14-day returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Standard returns require the product to be unused and in its original condition; opened or used products are not eligible for standard returns.
Return shipping costs
The customer pays return shipping, except where AfZira is at fault, including an incorrect, damaged or defective item. In those cases, AfZira covers return shipping. We charge no restocking fee.
How to return and receive a refund
Contact info@afzira.com or WhatsApp +93 700 600 300 before sending anything back. Include your order number, product name and reason, plus photos for an error or damage. We will provide return shipping instructions and the return address. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Our errors and authenticity guarantee
Items affected by our error or a defect are handled separately from standard unused-product returns. Our Afghan Hair Oil authenticity guarantee remains in place: if the product is proven not authentic, it may be returned for a refund even if the bottle has been opened.
